Privacy Policy
- Read the terms of service. You already agreed to it, so you better know whats in it.
- Age sensitive people may play this game so keep it PG-13. Sexual vulgarities, racism or excessive swearing will not be tolerated This applies to any area of Aeon Sea.
- Images with nudity, profanity, racist content, drug use, or otherwise offensive images will not be tolerated. This applies to any area of Aeon Sea.
- Do not spam a staff members mailbox, if you have a problem, message one of us once. Your issue will be delt with in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members about the same issue. Before mailing staff members please use the correct reporting area, the bug reporter or the player report area.
- The use of Refreashers, Macros, Programs or Browsers of any kind that automatically perform tasks without your physical interaction are prohibited.
- IP to same IP transfers are not allowed, the use of a middle man to get around this will be considered a violation of the rules.
- If a member of administration is bothering you or you feel out of line, mail Aeon [1]
- Do not harrass other players via mail, comments, forums, blogs, or any other area of Aeon Sea, use common sense. This will not be tolerated. Furthermore if you feel you are the victim of harassment place the person in question on ignore and notify a staffmember. This does not apply to normal game functions.
- Do not cheat. If you find bugs in the coding of the game and exploit them you will be caught, your not that slick. Do yourself a favor report bugs rather than have someone report you.
- Do not use this site as a middle man for your dealings on other sites. It will not be permitted. Any found attempt to arrange deals for items, game money or real money in any way shape or form that relates to another site is against the rules.
- These rules are subject to change without notice, check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse. The game owner reserves all rights to action deemed fit outside the scope of these rules. The onwership and administration will make the final decision on what will be considered a violation of the rules and will determine what is to be deemed appropriate site content and action against violators.
The aeonsea.com web site (the 'site') is a free online service provided by the ownership of aeonsea.com, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
You agree that you are atleast 18 years of age or have parental consent to enter the aeonsea.com website.
Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access
or use the site. Aeonsea.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such
modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
1. Copyright, licenses and idea submissions. The entire contents of the site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are aeonsea.com, its affiliates or other third party licensor's.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner, the material on the site, including text, graphics, code and/or software. You may print and download portions of material from the different
areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to aeonsea.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual
license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or
improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to aeonsea.com by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You also grant to aeonsea.com the
right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against
aeonsea.com for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to aeonsea.com.
Trademarks. publications, products, content or services referenced herein or on the site are the exclusive trademarks or service marks of aeonsea.com. other product and company names mentioned in the site may be the trademarks of their respective
owners.
2. Use of the site. under no circumstances will aeonsea.com or its administration have any liability toward players who have breached the terms of service. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the site and the internet.
Aeonsea.com provides the site and related information 'as is' and does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or non infringement, or the
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the service, any merchandise information or service provided through the service or on the internet generally, and aeonsea.com shall not be liable for any
cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided
through the service or on the internet generally. Aeonsea.com does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.
Limitation of liability in no event will aeonsea.com be liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the
like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if aeonsea.com or its authorized
representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service. Because some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, aeonsea.com liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Aeonsea.com makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this site. When you access a non-aeonsea.com web site, please understand that it is independent from aeonsea.com, and
that aeonsea.com has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a aeonsea.com web site does not mean that aeonsea.com endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.
Individual accounts registered players of aeonsea.com are provided one account protected by a password. Any player establishing more than one account (also known as a 'multi') without the express approval of the administration or staff of
aeonsea.com will be considered in violation of these terms of service. Similarly, any player accessing or allowing any other person access to their provided account will be deemed in violation of the terms of service. Sharing your provided account or
establishing a 'multi' account will be grounds for an immediate suspension of activity from aeonsea.com and aeonsea.com will not be responsible to you for any donation made to aeonsea.com during any period preceding your account suspension.
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password, email and provided account. You are responsible for any and all actions taken using your provided account. Your account belongs to the aeonsea.com, not to you, and you may
never attempt to loan, give away or sell this account under any circumstances. You are responsible for whatever happens on your provided account.
Aeonsea.com has no refund policy. Any money donated to aeonsea.com in exchange for donation items of any kind or any other benefit in aeonsea.com will be accepted as a donation in support of a free game. Donor Packages are not refundable.
Aeonsea.com does not offer in return for donations, any service in any way, either directly or implied, other than items placed in your 'provided' account as stated in a given Donor Package. The account provided to the player remains the sole
property of aeonsea.com. The Donor Items remain the sole property of aeonsea.com until they are used, i.e., consumed at which point the draks, hydro, Donor Days, Supporter Days, ect., become part of the 'provided' account, still remaining property of
aeonsea.com. The above stated items cannot be traded for anything except what is available in aeonsea.com which includes but is not necessarily limited to: draks, hydro, items, and potions. This limitation expressly forbids trading of Donor Packages
and Donor Items for anything from another game. Once a Donor Package is bought, the Donor Items can only be used, or traded in game. They can not be 'resold' for real life currency or any other real life commodity or service.
If you become permanently banned from playing the game after buying a Donor Package, any Donor Items that remain in your provided account will be deleted as they are the property of aeonsea.com. If you are only temporarily banned, the Donor Items
will remain in your account during the period of the ban, and you will then gain access to them and use after the ban is removed.
You agree not to defame, slander any owner or owners, administrator or moderator of aeonsea.com. In addition, you agree to abide by any warning issued to you, whether formal or informal. You agree not to challenge decisions made by the ownership,
administration or moderators in any public or private area of aeonsea.com. Violations of this will be a violation of the term of service.
You agree to abide by any and all rules/code of conduct posted on any area of aeonsea.com. The owners, administrators or moderators of aeonsea.com reserve the right to make changes to any and all rules/code of conduct, at anytime without prior
notice.
You agree and understand that you IP is recorded, as well; all in game communication and actions are subject to monitoring.
You agree that in no way will you attempt to harm this site or its server. Violation of this will result in legal prosecution.
You agree not advertise any website on any area of aeonsea.com without prior permission from the owners, administrator or moderator of aeonsea.com. This includes any url link not that has not been reviewed by staff. Violation of this will be a violation of the terms of service.
3. Indemnification. you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless aeonsea.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensor's, suppliers and any third party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages
and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement or the aeonsea.com code of conduct (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service.
4. Third party rights. The provisions of paragraphs 2 (use of the service), and 3 (indemnification) are for the benefit of aeonsea.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensor's, suppliers, and any third party information providers
to the service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
5. Termination. this agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. the provisions of paragraphs 1 (copyright, licenses and idea submissions), 2 (use of the service), 3 (indemnification), 4 (third party rights)
and 6 (miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this agreement.
6. Miscellaneous. this agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the united states applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the united states.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
